1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the TradieTally website at https://www.tradietallyacademy.com.au and any courses, resources or services we provide. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Course access

Paid course access is granted to the person who purchased it. Don't share login details or course content. Group access is available. Get in touch if you need it.

3. Refund policy

If you complete the first two modules of any paid course and don't believe it's worth the cost, email us within 30 days for a full refund. We don't ask why.

4. Intellectual property

Course content, frameworks, templates and written material on TradieTally are owned by TradieTally Academy. You can use what you learn inside your own electrical business. That's the point. Don't redistribute or republish the course material itself.

5. The TradieTally app

The TradieTally app (tradietally.com.au) is a separate service with its own terms. Using the academy doesn't require an app subscription, and vice versa.

6. Liability

The training is educational. We don't guarantee specific financial outcomes. Apply the system inside your business sensibly and seek your own professional advice for tax, legal and accounting decisions.

7. Updates

We may update these terms over time. Material changes are flagged at the top of the page.
