What we collect

When you fill in a form, book a call, download a resource, or sign up for a course on TradieTally, we collect your name, email, phone, business name and any details you choose to share about your estimating situation. If you buy a course, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We don't store your full card details on this site.

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to send you the resources you asked for, contact you about our training, deliver courses you've purchased, respond to your enquiries, and improve what we offer. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the TradieTally team except as described below.

Marketing

If you opt in, we'll occasionally send you useful electrical estimating tips, course updates, and news about the TradieTally app. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, or email us to be removed.

Disclosure to third parties

We only share your information where it's needed to run our business, for example with the providers who host the site, send our emails, process course payments, or help us deliver training. These providers can only use your information to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where we're required to by law, or to protect our rights.

No personally identifying information is shared with third parties beyond what's needed for those services to work.
