Do I need to have done the Fundamentals course first?
Strongly recommended. The Masterclass assumes you already know your cost-to-operate, labour rate and margin model. If you haven't locked those in, start with the Estimating Fundamentals Course.
How long is the Masterclass?
Two full days, hands-on, working through the system in a small group of electrical business owners.
How many people are in each group?
Groups are capped to keep the working sessions useful. Once an intake fills, the next one opens.
Is this 1:1 coaching?
No. The Masterclass is a small-group workshop. You work alongside other electrical business owners over the two days. It is not a private coaching program.
